In our "we got it" post, I promised to post before and after shots with the "Load Boosters" on my Jeep.

Let me tell you, they make all the difference in the world!

Easy to install (1/2 hour max), lifetime warranty...

You can get info on them at http://www.timbren.com

Mr. Sim -

Are "load boosters" helper springs or air shocks?

How does the Jeep ride now when not loaded?

me?

They are "niether"..

They are "Hollow Rubber Springs" that mount to the frame above the rear axle.

They only come into play when you load the leaf springs enough, so the normal ride "should" not be affected. There is generally 1/2 - 1 inch of clearance between the bottom of the springs and the top of the axle.

In my case, my rear springs were apparently a little weak, so the helpers actually improved my normal ride.

That looks real familure to a White jeep pulling a 929 i saw thats summer :-D

You mean the white Jeep that was left out in the dark and stormy night with the 929 attached that had it's hull fill with water because the drain plug was left in?
