I FIXED MY BOAT FINALLY. Just thought some people might be interested in what I found. After numerous trips to the lake, trying to get it to act up and test what I thought might be wrong, I finally figured out that power was not getting though the neutral safety switch. I had to dissassemble the boat on the right side to get to the wiring, but I found the yellow/red wire had chaffed through on a screw and this would sometimes blow the 20 amp fuse on the motor, which dissabled the gauges, tilt/trim on motor, and worst of all left me stranded in the middle of the lake with my 6 yr old son, who was tired of fishing one hour earlier.
Anyways, thanks again to everyone who gave me advice on this. Wishing everyone to find the hungry fish to rip the rods out of mits. LOL.
