Mac's thread about GM got me to thinking....
Seems Unions are in trouble even in the government.
Management has a plan for us here in Finanace....They basically want to change our job series and throw us in with the budget people so we can do THEIR jobs!
It's called Transformation and IT SUCKS:angry:
BUT, it's been over in Personel for over two years due to the fact that it HAS NOT been approved off by the union (nor do I think it will be).
They're about to find out that it won't work at WPAFB for one reason....we are 80% civilian and 20% military. All other bases that are utilizing this now are 80% military and 20 % civilian.
