trolling motor prop

I can not get my ninja prop off any suggestions

I took the nut off with the tool

but I use it through the end off the season

without the nut off

Am i missing a step in the removal process

please help

Just push with one hand on one side of the prop and lightly tap the other. The prop will pop right off. Just don't try to force it to hard. Sometimes the cotter pin inside gets a little bent and makes it hard to remove the prop.
