Just read in the latest Bass and Walleye Boat Mag that Travis Boats (the nations 2nd largest boat retailer) is already part of Tracker Marine (Tracker is a controlling schareholder in Travis), but may very soon become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tracker. I guess this is not new news, searched the web and it articles were released in early-mid Nov.
So, any ideas what this might mean? Will Travis stores become Tracker stores and no sell competitive products? Will they expand the Travis stores to sell BPS stuff??
