The question is ;Is it possible to remove a factory installed transom from the inside hull of a fiberglass.I have a Tracker wide-eye (humminbird) that I'm replacing with a pair of 400's so I can't use the same transom.and I wanted to be able to sell the wide-eye with out having to buy a new transom for it.

so any thoughts.......................

Mark - I think you mean "transducer"? If you removed the "transom" from your boat (the rear part that hold the motor and keeps water in) the boat would fill with water. Oh, and you'd have no place to mount a motor! LOL

Sorry, couldn't resist. You should be able to remove that transducer, i've read a couple of posts here about what to use but can't remember, someone will chime in soon!
