Guys, when I had the boat out today I decide it would be a good time to move my bunks forward (trailer weight issue). Anyway, I flipped them over to re-drill some new holes and noticed I have mushrooms growing on the wood. Seemed very soft...

Anyone know how long they're under warranty for?

I wouldn't even worry about the warrenty hastle and bullcrap you'll get from the dealer. The best thing to do is go get yourself an nice pressure treated 2 x 4, spray treat them, and some and new bunk carpet and make a set. Pre drill them and the next time you dump your boat in. Swap them out and you won't have to worry about them for a long time. You'll probably do a better job than the factory dealer.

I second Spanky's thoughts..... The factory bunks don't seem to last long anyway - they don't use pressure treated wood.

Git 'er done!

Bruce - I think the factory warranty on the trailer is like the boat (not the hull) which is 1 year, unless you got the extended warranty. Either way, I did mine like Spanky said, dropped the boat in the water, tied it up on shore and less then 5 mins to replace!
