I love it! PETA knows best!

For millions of years, every mammal has had milk to survive. But now milk is evil. Somebody pass that PETA guy another joint.

If one of those A-holes ever shows up at my ramp and trys to block me launching my boat I'm gonna back over them. What officer? There was someone behind me? OOPS!

Jeff, they started that campaign 2 years ago. They target college students. Like they need more reasons to drink beer! PETA claims, that it is inhumane to milk cows. Anyone who is NOT an idiot knows that if you DON'T milk a cow it is inhumane. They will die within days from the infections and "overload". During the '98 icestorm when power was out for 7 counties for weeks, many of the local farmers lost dozens of cows because without enough juice to run the milking parlor, they had to just let the cows die. It was awful, you could hear the bellowing for a 1/2 mile from the poor cows in intense pain. Most farmers just shot them out of pity. Then the army ntl guard starting making rounds with the big tow behind generators. Every farmer called all their friends, I was one, to come help milk as fast as possible, because you only had 2 hours and they army had to pull out to head to the next farm. Then we had to dump thousands of gallons of milk because again with no power, we couldn't paturize or cool the holding tank. My friend finally figured out how to rig his circuit breaker box for the barn off of one of the big diesel tractors and we had enough power to milk at least, but still had to dump it. You should have seen the barn cats. You never saw such FAT little overbloated little ugly things in your life! LOL They would drink until they were sick! But my friend only lost 2 cows out of 145. He was fortunate! I know I got off track, but PETA doesn't have a clue! Open their frig, I bet you find milk, or cheese, yogurt, etc!!!

After spending most of my childhood on a farm and owning a business that put me in direct contact with all types of Ag operations, I can tell you that there is absolutely nothing inhumane about any dairy operation I have ever seen. I have never seen a cow with her sack dragging the ground. They eat well, and if they are not milked by hand, there are automatic milkers that are painless. Yeah, they drop a calf every year or so and they are artificially insiminated (much less painful than the "natural" way I might add). And yes some of the calves are used for veal. They are kept in crates (yes they are small) to keep them from running around a lot and developing muscle tissue. These folks need to realize that the vast majority of us are carnivores and that's the way nature intended it to be. Sure, you can survive by not eating meat but studies have shown that modern man would not have evolved (if you believe in evolution) without the massive amounts of meat they consumed. My solution, hook every one of the PETA fanatics private parts up to a milking machine and set it to not stop until it gets 30 gallons. You have to remember, you can argue point by point with these idjuts but it won't do any good. They rely on emotion not facts

TOXIC
