Saw the mayor of San Fran on Charlie Rose a couple of weeks ago. The guy was smart, blunt about his positions, and somewhat humble at the same time. Said he made the decision to marry homosexuals while attending the State of the Union address, when he heard George Bush propose the amendment. Said he was offended by the idea of writing discrimination into the Constitution, and that motivated him to act. He had a couple of funny comments about his traditionally strong, Irish Catholic Democrat backers who got him elected, who he says now no longer return his phone calls.



I admire the guy.

Now thats funny. This comic might be just what Gov. Mitt Romney needed to prove his point. Best wait until everyone gets it figured out now that so called Civil Unions might cause confusion. ROFL!!!!!!!
