I am experiencing a problem with the front livewell on my 2001 Targa 17. The top of the livewell is the bottom of the front deck, while the top of the back livewell is molded plastic. Shouldn't the top of the front livewell be molded plastic as well? With the front livewell as it is, there is a slight gap allowing water to splash over into the bilge. Would any of you Targa 17 or 18 owners take a look at your rig and see if the same condition exists? I would appreciate all input. An extraordinary amount of water seems to be in the bilge whenever I use the front livewell. All fittings are tight.

thanks for the info I guess it's something i'll have to live with..

Interesting message. Think that it answers a question that I have had recently. Went fishing and filled the livewell. Pumped out the bilge (it was raining that day) mid-morning and I thought it would pump forever. Maybe this explains it.
