Take A Vet Fishing Day

OK guys,I'm looking for volunteers in the St.Louis and surounding areas to help out with a Veterans fishing day to be held on June 13th. It will take place at the Busch Wildlife area in Weldon Springs,Mo. We are going to be bringing 50-60 veterans from the VA hospital at Jefferson Barracks to fish for the day and a big BBQ afterwards.Anyone wishing to help out can contact me through this site or call 6362629749

What time would we have to be there on Saturday? I think St Louis is only 4 hours away.

The Vets are going to be there at 7am but the volunteers are suppose to be there at 6.For the set up and all that.I want to have two volunteers for each Vet so it will take alot of people.
