The Group Buys area of the web site has been updated so that members can suggest an item as a Group Buy. If you suggest an item, other members will be able to sign up for that item to show their interest.
Vendors will be offered the opportunity to sponsor the item and set a minimum quantity and price for the Group Buy. Members who signed up for that item can then decide to participate or opt-out based on the price and terms offered by the sponsor.
