Stupid weather

Starting to get a little frustrated with fishing this winter in central Arkansas. Not much luck the last 6 weeks or so. I think maybe the weather is changing too fast. A few days of 60's and then highs in the 30's then the same all over. I think if I was a fish, I would give up too and just lay on the bottom until the weather decides what it's going to do!

yOU THINK YOU'VE GOT IT BAD, IT HIT SIXTY-FIVE DEGREES TODAY HERE IN UPSTATE NEW YORK. THERE GOES' MY ICE FISHING,

COULD HAVE SAT ON THE ICE IN T-SHIRT AND SHORTS AN ICED FISHED TODAY. PS WE CATCH BASS THRU THWE ICE ALL THE TIME. SO THE COLD DOESN'T EFFECT THEM AS MUCH AS YOU THINK. JUST SLOW DOWN AND FISH WITH PATIENCE.

Hold on Upsate NY.....Snow is on its way. Was 60+ Monday and 30 degrees with 8" of snow on Tuesday. Most of the snow melted because the ground was too warm, but I plowed the last two nights/mornings....

Mid 70's on SAT, SUN and MON here in the great state of Texas. 11 degrees this morning!! Almost glad I don't have my boat right now...just might be dumb enough to go out and try to fish today.



As my dear, sweet Grandma used to say to me when I'd leave early on a brisk winter morning, "You're gonna catch your f*&%ing death out there!"

70 degree's on Monday, woke up to 22 degrees and a light SNOW today here in north Georgia! I actualy have some free time on Thurs and Fri and it will barely brake the mid-40's so there goes fishing.

Curse YOU, may a thousand tons of snow surround your house, and may you experience the bitter cold of winter for all of your days! Oh great northern wind....blow Trep a cold front that will ice lock his favorite fishing hole until August, then may the heat dry it up to a mud puddle! Mac...get nekkid and do your little snow dance again, just make sure Scott ain't out the hotel window watching! For that matter, make sure ain't NOBODY watchin! LOL You dun did it now boy, wur gonna wump ya wid some cold stuff yet, wait n see! Might as well get used to frozen fish sticks, cause that's all your gonna catch for a while!

That was a good one, well it worked! Temp at 7am this morning as 17 degree's. We should be back into the 50's by the weekend unless Mac and Scott get out there and do the nekked snow dance, not together I hope LOL

Its still cold down here ROb, 17 this morning, expecting 40's and thunderstorm's this weekend. Hey, at least you can Ice Fish in the Snow up there. We can't fish in 40's and Thunderstorms!

sTUPID WEATHER FOR SURE. 55 DEGREES ONE MINUTE AND SNOWING THE NEXT. JUST CAN'T MAKE UP ITS MIND WHAT IT WNTS TO DO.

I CAN'T STAND IT ANY LONGER. TOMORROW 2 MARCH I'M TAKING MY ICE DRILL AND MY JIG POLE AND GOING JIGGING FOR SOME FROZEN BASS. USUALLY DO PRETTY GOOD THIS TIME OF YEAR CATCHING SOME MONSTER SMALL MOUTHS THRU THE ICE. HEY ROB, IF THE LAKES OPEN, WHICH I KNOW IT IS SINCE I GET UP TO ROUSES POINT QUITE OFTEN, I'D BE FINDING A WAY TO GET MY BOAT INTO THE WATER. CABIN FEVER IS GETTING BAD

you got ice?we got soft water here on quite a few lakes,and i got no registration on the boat!!oh well,we had 50 drgree weather almost all week,then yesterday got snow,now rain this weekend.sucks big time!!oh well,guess its work on boat weekend!

We got ice, the crazy fools are driving their vehicles all over the lake. This just is not the year to be doing that. to many thin spots, but so far nobodies gone through the ice.
