Strap on z28

Anyone know (What is the strap for) ? Just above the step up box on 2023 z18 . It’s a black strap with Velcro .

That's what I'm thinking too, Is there a skinny pocket behind the passenger seat?

That groove on the deck is for the handle to recess flush with the rear deck.

Fish net goes behind passenger seat and there are two straps for the handle on my 22 Z19.
