Steering wheel

I'm thinking about replacing my standard 13" wheel with a larger 15" or 16" wheel to give me more leverage as I am going to be getting weaker as this chemo moves along. I can't afford hydrualic steering with all of these medical costs.

Anyone know where the best place to get one or any pro' and con's?
