Steering lubrication

I just bought an 896 and was wondering what to put in for lubricating the steering. There is a spot on the steering column to put lubricant in but I am not sure of what to use

If its hydraulic you need to use sea star specific fluid. You should not have to add oil regularly either unless your having a problem since its a sealed system.

You can use any hydraulic oil. SeaStar is preferred. Power steering fluid is ok too. the clear stuff.
