Just wanted to say a big public THANKS! to Sue D. from Guest Industries.



The single-bank Guest charger on my PT175 gave out. Since its been nearly two years since I got the rig, I figured it was out of warranty. Just in case, I sent a private e-mail to Sue. She responded in short order and told me that my charger was still under warranty. After a description on a phone call of the symptoms and my confirmation of charger versus battery issues, Sue asked me to fax the details of the charger and a copy of my boat invoice to her. The day after I sent the fax, she shipped me a new unit. No need to send the old unit back (its now been trashed), just sent me a new one that arrived today. Now THAT's customer service!! Thank you Sue. BTW - new unit was up and running right from the get go. Went from red (charging) to green (full) a few minutes after hook up to the battery.



Although everyone on this board already has heard it before from others, I just wanted to add my voice to the numerous satisfied customers from this list.
