hey thanks for the info., and another thing, as far as winterizing it, ive had some guys tell me to just drain the gear oil, leave it drained, and put some fuel stabilizer in the gas. But i know another guy who takes his to a shop where they warm it up, drain it and then inject oil back into all the lines and reservior. Which is best?

Fill it with fresh gear oil and your ready for next year

Storage directions on 2 stroke from Merc site. I use mine all winter and is garaged, so all I do is change LU oil. When you do this pick up some new screw gaskets.
