Called SOSpenders Customer service line to find out about an extention belt for the vest. As most of you know I am not a small person. So when I found on their web site that they offered this extention I was very happy.
The first person I talked to was a woman named Tracy. She confirmed they had one and said if I couldn't find one locally to call her back and she would conect me to somebody that I could order it from.
Well I tried all the stores she had listed for me to call and all said they would have to order it.
So I call back and I get another woman. I can't remember her name , but she was the best. She takes my name and address and then tells me that there isn't a price listed in the system for the Belt. And to my suprise she says, It could taks a while to get a price so I will ship it to you for FREE. Now that's customer service.
Just thought I would share it with you
