Conducted part 2 of my "sleep study" last night for sleep apnea. They hooked me up to a CPAP machine (and about a million wires) and off to sleep I went. I don't remember dreaming last night, but the test results told my technician that I was in a deep sleep, dreaming away. When I said I didn't remember dreaming, her response was "Good - that means you weren't waking up during your dreams, which is what you were doing during part 1 of your sleep study the last time you came in".
I feel "rested" this morning. Wide awake. Don't even need coffee (I'm drinking it anyway - morning ritual).
Only bad part - I don't have my own machine yet. That's going to be a while I guess. The sleep study agency has to send the results to the VA, and then the VA doctors write my prescription, etc... and then I can get a machine.
Ahhh... sleep.... glorious sleep.... I had forgot what that felt like.:lol::lol: I'm sure I'll sleep even better when I'm using my own CPAP machine without all those wires hooked up to me.:lol::lol:
All the best,
Glenn
