Plattsburgh, or what I affectionately refer to as the northeast crotch of NY. LOL Canada is 15 minutes north and VT just across the pond. We're north of the Adirondacks so get more snow and get it sooner than the rest of the state.

I never used to mind the snow till the last couple of years,now I wish I lived in a more warm and sunny climate.

You're rite about just putting my coat on to fish and stop my cryin, things could be a lot worse, like anything that has happend in the last couple of weeks almost anywhere in the world.

LOL One night at dinner I was trying to get my boy to eat his vegtables so I told him "eat up, it'll make you big and strong and make your weiner grow!" My wife always laughs......what's that about? Anyway, he says to me, "Daddy, I want my weiner to get bigger than yours."

I had but one reply," 'bout 3 more bites son, and you'll have me beat!" My wife lost it right there!

Rob - We kept discussing "when" you stop letting the boys see Beka naked, with Noah (5) there was never a problem or issue. About 6 weeks ago Eli knocks on my office door one morning very upset. He says "Daddy, Mommy doesn't have a wee wee! Noah has a wee, wee; I have a wee wee, you have a big wee wee; and MOMMY doesn't have a wee wee!!!" That did it, no more kids walking in on mom in the bath/shower!!!

Snow on the ground this morning means that lawn care maintenance should be officially over except for the trees that still have leaves for some reason on Nov 1st. Hunting and snow ROCKS. All you "hunters" already know this and you "gatherers" wouldn't. Hey Trep, you know which group you are in!!

Trep, you have a big wee wee???? Must be the only part of you that's big! But I still ain't buyin it! We had the same problem with Cody, when to stop letting him see Michell naked. But now the peanut, my daughter (18 months old) wants to take showers with Daddy. Not a biggie now, but when are they too old???? As for the parts, it's simple, boys have weiners and girls have coocoo birds! LOL And now the only question left is to when to stop them from having baths together. They have a ton of fun and it's an evening ritual. Peanut always wants to be included with what big brother is doing! I think 1 more year and then that's it. Anyone else? When did you start the process?

Hopefully I'll get my winterizing finished tonight.. I figured we'd have an Indian summer around this time, but I'm starting to think the cold's here to stay... Here in KY, we had a cold snap starting around the first of Oct, and we haven't 'snapped back' yet!! Supposed to get snow tomorrow



I still need to fog everything, change the lower unit oil, grease everything with a fitting and put the cover on.. You wait and see, though.. Just as SOON as I do that, we'll hit 70 degree highs for a week solid! LOL!

Snow.........AAAARGH!

Chicago area no snow yet but it's been a cold week this week, Cold, but sunny. Leaves are falling fast now.Walleyes are hungry, goin' out Sunday for a while to try and get some. Gotta look on the bright side!LOL

After tomorrow, the boat's gettin winterized and put away, 'course, I been sayin that for a month now, but this time it's time, gonna be a long winter, So I'll be watchin all them fishin shows to keep me busy.

Who's the guy I've seen the last couple weeks now? Every time he hooks a big one all ya hear is "Hee hee ho ho ho hee hee hee hee" Besides dimestore fisherman, that's the only other show my wife tells me to "turn that tv down"!

I had to rub it in some more for Carlos... We're only getting rain and lots of cloudy cover, hovering in the low 50's. Later in the week, it will be sunny and warm in the 60's and I'll be fishing thinking of northerners scrambing to winterize their boats! :-D
