Well my 882 is running about 55 mph...and thats kinda boring now....

I have a couple of questions. I've sent an email to Pat and he's helped me a great deal. I also wanted to run some of this by ya'll

I'll be getting the torque tab and holeshot plate soon.

My real question is on my jackplate. It is a slidemaster made by r&r Design in Terrell Texas. I can't find anything about them..no website or anything...

Pat said this about my jackplate:

"Slide master makes a model that has a center bolt,

which is threaded through the jp to raise and lower

it. Loosen the four outside bolts, and with a 3/4"

socket, just adjust height up and down, then tighten

the outside bolts."

I looked at my plate and I see no center bolts. There are 4 outside bolts and 4 boats holding the engine onto the plate.

Also what is the max RPMs for a xr6 150?

Thanks

BJ

Are you sure it isn't adjustable? YOu can see where it 'slides'

I'll try to get a picture of it to and post it tomorrow.

Thanks

BJ

RPM's on the Merc XR6150- 5800 max. Though they can turn 6000 without hurting the engine as long as it isn't for long periods of time.
