Just recieved my new set of Rodsaver retractible transom tie downs. I contacted the rodsaver Company and told them that one of the tie downs was not retracting, but but was still usable.
To my suprise I had a new set of tiedowns within 5 days.
It is sure funny how one company can give you a hard time for exchange or service, and another will bend over backwards to help. I know where my new pickup truck tiedowns will come from. My contact at rodsaver was "Pat wilhite".
