Sealing lower unit?

Well I finally decided to winterize the boat yesterday. I used Jim B.'s instructions and they were GREAT!!! (Thanks, Jim). But....when I drained the oil out of the lower unit, it was quite cloudy and blue/green. I use the quicksilver lube oil, which is green to start out with, but it's the cloudiness that has me concerned. What is involved in sealing the lower unit? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
