The steering is frozen on my 1991 Nitro 180TF. Money tight, so I am going to attempt to fix it myself. I have done some mechanical work before but never messed with steering system. Can anyone help with advice or point me in the right direction??

Your cables are probably rusted internally, to the point of no return......you will need to replace them.

:)I agree with Mac. Just about everyone I know who tried to free them up, broke something else.
