Rod mounts

I noticed on the website that the Deep V's have a rod mounted for rod holders. How would I install those on my '04' Targa?

I have an '04 Targa. I installed Ram 2000 holders in flush mounts. The '04s have the narrow gunnels, so starting dead center was important, but find center, get a "quality" hole saw & quality power drill & have at it. Slow & easy is the trick when going into aluminum. Go through the top rail layer & stop, snuggle the mount in until down flat, then mark the 4 mounting screw holes, pre-drill those & use stainless steel sheet metal screws. I have 4 mounts in each side of my Targa, & while I was at it, I put 2 in the rear casting deck for dead sticking straight out the back. You can buy extra mounts...I have 10 mounts for 4 holders so I have maximum flexibility for trolling or whatever the moment calls for.
