ok alum issue do to i heard about the famous leaking problem tracker has!?!?!?!so is it worth getting it rhino linend?any ideas on this?

Assuming you're talking about a bass boat, sure, why not? However, you don't want to line the outside of the hull. I've heard of people putting the spray-in truck liners in place of the carpet. However, this won't make your boat watertight. Your floor/decking isn't the "inside of the hull", but rather part of a liner itself. The hull (exterior that faces the water) is one part, and the liner or insert is the other. The only part of the boat where you should actually see the inside of the hull would be the bilge area and possibly the front storage areas. There's floatation foam required in boats and that usually is sandwiched between the two boat layers.

Xpress is offering a non-skid liner (spray in truck bed liner, I suspect) on their boats this year.

First of all, about theis "famous leaking issue"..... Over a period of time - longer or shorter depending on the usage - any riveted hull is going to leak to some degree. Tracker has no more of a problem with this than any other manufacturer.

Rhino Linings were not designed to fix a leaky hull..... They were ment to protect truck beds from surface bumps and bruises. As a consequence, they also seal the surface from moisture - but not moisture that is coming from underneath under pressure. Water that leaks through a hull would eventually destroy the lining at the point of the leak. I've heard this "Rube Goldberg" suggestion for a fix before..... You'd be wasting your money.

If you're handy with riveting, Jeff White (Magna19) can give you the specifics on how to do it right. If not, take it to your local shop and have them rivet it.

me!

P.S. DO NOT let anyone talk you into welding the seams or JB Welding or any of that other stuff..... You'll just cause youself more and bigger problems in the long run.

Keep in ind that teh rino linning is gonna add alot of weight if its sprayed thick
