Finally got to pick up my replacement 2003 TV18 and 2003 Trailer this weekend. Had problems with Union Planters Bank, they had no procedure on how to transfer collateral, since the lady that did it for 20 years left the Bank. Melissa from Tracker Marine worked her tail off getting Union Planters Bank to come up with a procedure. I commended her for her efforts, she had to call a conference with the President of the Bank.
I put it in the water Monday and started the motor up and it fired up and was running good, then my son noticed gas was comming out the bottom of the engine. Turned off the big engine and trolled to the shore, took the motor cover off and found that the gas line hose was disconnected. Must have disconnected it for shipping. Connected it up and fired up the engine and let her rip, it wanted to take off. It was very sturdy and solid and rode really good. When I got to 61 MPH it started to chine walk, I'll have to work this out. There is such a great difference between the 2000 and 2003, it was awesome. Put the boat on the trailer with ease. The rollers make a big difference. There are some paint scratches on the hull and some paint has come off the railings due to shipping but that can be squared away. I am so happy, this boat is like I said "awesome"
