Went to lowes to check on pressure treated wood for boat flooring, and the guy i spoke with said it needs to sit out 3 to 6 months to completly dry before sealing it or covering with carpet ,just wanted some info on it ,if anyone has used it.

You might want to find a "local" lumberyard and see if they have some sheets that are hold overs from last season... Lowes, Menards, Home Depot might not know or have any... But a Mom and Pop yard will know... might pay a little more but it would be worth having it preshrunk

Hey Jr,

We will go to the carpet dealer we were talking about tomorrow, and will let you know what we find out.

Will check the local lumberyards to on the wood.

Gonna have a blast once we get started!
