During my last 2 weeks I trailered my custom MV16 over 1800 miles behind my s-10 pickup. I always keep the cover on it (an attwood custom for the mv16). The trouble is...the front fits perfect but the seating area puffs like a gaint balloon. I sung down the cord around the cover and tighten the straps but cannot keep it from puffing. The cover is ment for trailering it says so on the box....any suggestions? More straps? a cinder block? a hole?

I used to have that trouble with a 14'er I owned...

I would add an 'over the top' strap right in the area that ballooned up...helped a bunch...

good luck,

Leave the rear seat in if you can. With covers, you want them as tight as you can get them.

You also might want to try a "vent"... I am sure there are "pressure" principles at work here...
