Problem with Transom Saver....

The transom saver I ordered from BPS came yesterday. One problem....it's not what is shown in the book!!! I called BPS and they were very helpful. They were out of stock when I ordered and was told the TS would be in on the 28th. The next day I received an email saying that they were in and being shipped. Well Swivl-eze sent BPS the wrong ones! I need an over the roller one like the description in the catalog! Soooo no problem, they are sending me another one and a UPS call tag to ship the one I have back! Now if I can only have it here by the 1st of the month I'll be all set.

Had a similar "save" by the BPS Customer Service Folks...Nobody (well maybe the Prez and his staff come close) to getting it perfect every time...It's the "saves" that count as much as anything...
