Power Winch

I have a 20' center console i use when in Florida. when i go out alone i find it hard to load at times due to a shoulder problem. Boat most always needs to be winched the last 2 or 3 feet. I have been thinking about puting a power winch on my trailer (Bunk Trailer). what would be the pro's & con's
