Power Tilt/Trim Problem - Goes Down Not Up

I have a 1997 Mercury 75 HP & the tilt will not go up but will go down. Worked fine a few days ago. Not sure what might be the issue before I take it to a mechanic. Thanks.

My Guess it is the up rely switch on inside of motor - there is one for up and one for down - if you switch them around you will see now motor goes up and not down so will verify you need to get a new relay switch.
