Where did you buy your boat, Georges?

And who was your salesman? And how did you find your sales experience with them?

I've never had to deal with a boat dealership before but I did not find them professional at all,and not really happy with the way they have treated me so far.

The boat is fine and some of the staff are really good but certain questions never were answered,or forgotten about but not by me, It just seems like once they got my money they just forgot about the whole thing, woops, deffinatley dropped the ball with me!

I have had the same experience. I don't think that you can make a lot of money selling boats. I think that most dealers make their money on parts and service. That's why you don't see a lot of professional boat sales people. You need to do your homework before you go to the dealership and then call a couple of dealers to check availability and pricing on the rig you want. Manufactures are much more helpful in answering specific questions than most local dealers.

My experiences with Georges have been nothing but good. I actually bought my first boat from them because of the service. I called them one day asking about Nitro's and Jeff (owner) asked me to drive with my boat for a price. On the way I had car troubles, 1.5 hours to Eganville, so i called him as he was closing. he gave me his home phone number and told me to call him when I got there. So there I am showing up at 10 at night and he opens up for me and showes me all the boats....I bought it right there.



I have never looked back since. The little things they do like...sending me George's calander with me and my boat on the front, the owners tournament (with full food and refreshments) every year.



I have since become part of their Pro-Staff, as well as Nitro's and Mercury, and enjoyed dealing with them everytime.



I'm sorry to hear you've had problems, and I will talk to Jeff about it. I would suggest the next time you need to deal with them call Jeff directly (Eganville store) and explain the situation, I am certain he will take care of you.
