Finally had time to try and post a picture. Did the thing where I put the pic in the library then posted it using the URL. Piece of cake. Thanks guys. Unfortunately I posted it in the Other Toys post instead of the dog one.

Mike those chest protectors really work? I was going to get one for Zeke. The best covers are grown over farmland but we usually find only barbed wire fences and have done a number on both me and the dog. I want to try to protect his chest. Also his "manhood" but they don't make a product for that. Almost brought me to tears last year to see him bleeding there but he didn't seem to mind as much as me, he just wanted to hunt! A great dog lives to hunt!

On the protectors Yes and No. They are great providing there is no snow. The visibility factor is a big big plus especially when hunting with a group of hunters. The downside is when there is snow. The snow gets between the dog and the protector and forms ice balls and the protector gets wet and the dog has that wet thing up against them.

We don't get a lot of snow so I run them most the time. They have saved my dog's chest from barbwire on numerous occasions, but they don't protect the arm(legpits)pits.
