Pedestal Seats?

I was wondering if someone could answer a few questions on seats. I have a 2003 750 NX and was considering upgrading to a power pedestal with a bike seat. I believe swvl-ease is the brand of the pedestal. Does it matter whether mount is threaded or non threaded?. Would I have to order the seat and pedestal as one unit or would it be cheaper to get the seat from Nitro and the pedestal from Bass Pro? Any input would be appreciated.

The seat and mount are usually sold separately. My front power pedestal is threaded, but it fits in the non-threaded hole. My rear deck seat mount is threaded, so that power pedestal is screwed in. If you want a matching Nitro seat, you will probably have to get one from your dealer. Hope this helps.
