Try www.greatlakesskipper.com I've had to try and find hatch liners. We also have a nitro700LX DC. Pretty amazing that you can't find the parts for such a relatively new boat, though. I will backtrack and see if I can find them for you, but I'm pretty sure I saw them on the greatlakesskipper website.
