I ordered a new rod rack organizer from them 2 weeks ago still have not got it, also talked to Chuck on Monday, This guy is the owner. He said he would ship it right away.

Well still no product and he is not answering his phones, Can't leave a message because his answering machine is full:angry:.

THey started out fine but have gone to hell. I've got the rod organizer and tackle organizer in my Avalanche. It has been 4 years since I bought from them. Mine came quick, less than a week.
