Anybody got good or bad comments about Worth (manual) Anchormate products? Yeah, bucks aside, the nice remote controlled Minn Kota would be kool, but 2 or 3X price.

I had one on my tin bassboat years ago. It worked great but I kind of gave up anchoring.

I also had the manual one on my Tracker, worked great, was easy to use and kept the ropes/anchor out of the way when fishing/running down the lakes. We used it a lot in the rivers and in the summe with the kids swimming. Never had a problem with it.

Thanks guys. I passed on the the Anchormate II for $99 on BPS shelf, and as luck would have it found one on ebay, NIB, for $56. we'll see how it goes.

Great deal, I ended up paying $99 when I bough my Tracker, and it was worth it, at $56 its a steal!

Pond-

I rigged one up on my old 14 foot Lowe...

Put the anchormate in the back where I would sit and then mounted a few small pullies along the rail up to the bow...

Worked very slick!
