Okuma Epixor or Cabela's Salt Striker...

So, I bought a Okuma Epixor and I love it. I was browsing the Cabelas catalog and it occured to me that the Epixor and the Cabelas Salt Striker reels are identical (other than color). I assume that Okuma is making them for Cabelas. Any truth to this? Check out the specs, they are identical......
