Okay....yesterday's post, I admit, was a little venting. I was angry at Tracker Marine, BPS, and everyone else involved with my boat.

However, I didn't mean to cause a big-to-do about it. I totally agree that some folks have great experiences and some don't. I just haven't.

And, if you'll notice, at the end of my post, I asked what should I do next. Many of you helped me tremendously by telling me to keep documentation of all contact, but I was in no means "hanging my dirty laundry for everyone to see" (can't remember who posted that) I just wanted some help.

I've been reading posts for two weeks from you guys asking advice about everything from trolling motors to customer service, and that's all I was really wanting.

Resch, just follow Mac's advise and you'll be fine. And if Ken Neeley can help you, take it. He is a consumate professional and well deserving of all the praise he receives here. More over, get your boat in order and start planning on your 1st year anniversary at next year's rally! Good luck and keep us posted how it turns out. There is a dealer report card section. Be sure to fill it out. It is a great tool for people looking for a good dealership.

If the rally moves a little further south, I just might have to make it to next years rally

Absolutely no harm in expressing your opinions, including your frustrations, as long as you leave personal attacks and profanity out.

We've ALL vented here at one time or another,....nobody's doubting your situation and/or your level of frustration. We can all relate to that!!,...We want to see your problems get resolved as bad as you do!!. Just keep good records of your attempts to get them resolved and keep after the dealer.....after you've reached your "last straw" with them,..THEN call Tracker,....but do EVERYTHING in your power first, and by all means always go to your dealer FIRST before you go through the corporate offices. There's a few people around here that can step in and help, but before they do that, all we want you to do is make sure you document everything and make every attempt to get your dealer to fix it FIRST. If that doesn't work, (and it sounds like your dealer isn't very cooperative),...then we can step in and try to get some better results. Hang in there BigDog,..we're trying!!

Hey maybe so, but it's only because this is the coolest bunch of fishing folks I have ever encountered. Jamey, you know that. Given the kind of back woods, redneck, yahoos you and I have to share water with regularly or fish against in local tourneys, it's refreshing to come here where everyone loves to fish, and get problems resolved and don't hold grudges. It's the only site I visit aside from BPS, my e-mail, and weather.com! LOL And I always try to be helpful. Always teaching you anything new I learn! LOL learned some neat tricks from Marke this weekend. Man you thought YOU had a Roland hook set. This guy almost fell out of the boat a few times. Poor fish didn't know WHAT hit them! LOL Sorry Marke, had to.

It was my hookset? I thought it was the 4 foot white caps breaking over the back deck that almost knocked me out...LOL

"OOOH SON! That's a big'un"
