OK GUYS,I POSTED A MONTH AGO ABOUT THE CRACKING IN MY BOAT FOR THE THIRD TIME.I TOOK YOUR ADVICE AND HERES A FOLLOW UP.THE FIBERGLASS WORK IS DONE EXCEPT FOR A REPLACEMENT STICKER THATS ON BACK ORDER.BOATS AT BPS SITTING IN THE LOT AND THE OTHER WARRANTY WORK STILL HASNT BEEN TOUCHED YET A MONTH LATER.BETWEEN THE FACTORY AND BPS I FEEL IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND.IM STARTING TO THINK THAT NITRO AND BAYLINER HAVE THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.SELL THE BOATS AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE RUN AROUND AFTER THE SELL.
 
BPS doesn't do the glass work, they farm it out. So, the boat has to be dragged to the glass shop... they put it in their line, do the work, then drag it back... then BPS puts it in their line for work to be done. It's peak season for boat repairs. That doesn't make the wait any more enjoyable, I know.
