NX882 Boat seats

I have a 99 NX882 and want to upgrade to the Wise deluxe boat seats, the ones in the BPS catalog that look like the stock seats in the new boats. Has anybody upgraded to this seat and if so how do you like them? Do they fit properly and function as the stock seats? Any info would be great.
