NX 750 Set up

Anyone have the above boat with a 135 Optimax? I have scanned many pics online and looked through the Nitro boat section of BBC but none mention motor mounting.



I am replacing my 115 ELPTO with a 135 Optimax and want to know the factory setup for this combo. I do not have a jackplate. The 115 factory setting is the 3rd hole or 1.5" above the transom. Is it the same for the 135?

IMHO have the shop set it up and stay with it. When I worked for BAss Pro I was good friends with the Service Manager( for not the best reasons) anyway the most problems they have are with guys who start changing the setup. A 135 should run like a raped ape.

That is my plan. I just need to figure what the correct transom height is supposed to be.
