No Nativity Scene in Washington DC for Christmas

The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene in the United States Capital this Christmas season. This isn't for any religious reason. They simply have not been able to find Three Wise Men in the Nation's Capitol. A search for a Virgin continues. There was no problem, however, finding enough a$$es to fill the stable.

I bet they can find three silly socialist, four cabinet members a clucking, five drunk senators, six bought and paid for supreme court judges, seven czars complaining, eight aides a laying, nine million dollar plane rides, ten corrupt congressmen, eleven lying liberals, twelve Swiss Banks accounts...... and a Pelosi in a pear tree.

Reminds me of the live nativity scene at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church across from my Aunt Mary's farm in Kentucky. There were three guys dressed up as firemen. Each of them was carrying a stack of books.



I asked Brother Lucas to explain that to me and he said that it was straight out of the Bible. I allowed as how I wasn't much of a student of the good book and I had somehow missed that part.



In his best Southern country accent the good deacon replied, "You don't remember that part about three wise men a-comin' from a far?"

THAT's funny right there!!!:lol: I was in a pre-production build meeting at the Shreveport plant in LA several years ago, and one of the plant supvsrs was talking about an issue with a "Horness war".....took me a couple minutes to figure out exactly WHERE on the "HARNESS WIRE" the problem was!!

When I was in the Navy we had a guy from the "Holler" and he needed an interpreter. They wouldn't let him use the sound powered phones because no one could understand him.
