Nitro Rod Holders Option

Hey everyone. Got my Rod holders from the dealer today. Problem is no instructions and I can't figure out how they install. Anyone had any experience with these? I have one piece with tubes in it, and one piece that looks like the "butt" ends of rods should fit in it. No hardware, no other parts or instructions. I'm going back to the dealer with it on Monday, just curious is anyone knows correct installation so I don't look stupid on Monday. Thanks Bob

I have the same boat and was wondering how much was the cost and what brand are they. Also how you mount them when you get done. Thanks
