New to the website and hoping I could pick your brain on something.
I currently own 640LX with 90HP Merc on the back.
I am considering whether if it worth having to install Jackplate or not.
I do understand the boat is a small boat and will always be a small boat but would adding the jackplate going too far?
I have read and watched lot of information on the internet and every place I looked at says it is worth having a jackplate to gain some more top end speed.
My only concern is by adding extra weight it may actually slow down the boat and also might effect the hole shot...
Are there anyone with 640 or similar size boat with jackplate?
