Nitro 189 Sport4 Blade Prop question

I'm new to the boating world, Anyone with a 189 have any advice on a 4 blade prop? I have 2007 Mercury 150 EFI. I'm looking for a little more hole shot for water sports.50 MPH is plenty fast to get me to my fishing holes so I would just like a little more get up and go for wake boarding and such.

Any advice on pitch for this 5 blade prop for my boat? I usually have five people in the boat with say 200lbs of load.

Can you provide current performance numbers? Prop, pitch, WOT rpm......with those five people please.....
