Picked up the new boat on friday and it looks real good sitting in my driveway with the nice white SNOWY back ground.When will the ICE melt???Think I'll stand on the bow and cast a few into my neighbors yard,never know maybe could catch something(his dog,wife,goodlooking young daughter)hell listen to me,I need to get on the water real soon.

Just looked around and took inventory of my neighborhood, hmmm, any female neighbors around here are strictly catch and release, matter of fact, taking a second look around, I think I'd take the hooks off my lures too...enjoy that boat, and good luck with it, hope it brings you many years of fun and successful fishing! egMike

Your going to love the boat, as for the ice maybe in June.

Went to my camp here in Upstate N.Y. yesterday, still 28- 30 inches of ice on the lake. Shore lines starting to break up a little bit though due to the rising waters, but there sure is lots of ice.

Congrats on the new boat. From what i see on new england sportsman some of the lakes on the cape are wide open. My plan is to head down there next weekend and try my luck. With all this warm weather it wone be too much longer before the lakes are all open.
