Anybody see this new design in tires...pretty wild eh?
22222222.JPG

I wonder how they work after there's a load of mud or ice/snow caked in between the "ribs"?

That is realy cool... wonder how they handle.. would be great for trucks,, off road, construction sites,, ect....

Somethin' else...Cops ain't gonna' like em..Stopstiks won't work! Ouch... Look for some good high speed chases:)

Is there a shortage of compressed air I wasn't aware of?

Harpo

Would also eliminate "shoot the tires out!" lol

TEE,...the cops will make a Rookie shove a broom handle in there and flip the car over!! LOL

I saw a special on the news about them. They could put the traditional tire companies out of business. They are virtually indistructable but at high speeds thu are very noisy.

I have the same question as WW....what happens when dirt, snow, mud etc. gets built up in the ribs?

Or how about picking up rocks/debris in the ribs and flinging them all over???

Maybe the production tire will have a sidewall. I agree that there would be too much debris thrown around.

They will never work.

The tread is what wears out,not the air.LOL

And when it does they will need to be replaced.
